Accelerated Reader Reports

There are over 30 reports to choose from which will provide you with all the information you need. There are three main reports which you will use on a regular basis: Diagnostic Report, TOPS Report and Pupil Record Report.

  • Diagnostic report
    This report provides you with an overview of the class - how many quizzes each student has taken, their average scores, their average book level, and much more. It also highlights those students who are struggling. (pdf, 95 kb)
     
  • TOPS Report
    This is produced every time a student completes a quiz. It shows what score the student achieved in the quiz, and also a summary of their progress this term and this school year. This is a good school-to-home report. (pdf, 99 kb)
     
  • Pupil Record Report
    This report shows a detailed history of each student's reading - the books they have read, the level of those books, the scores they achieved in the quizzes and more. An excellent report for parents' evening. (pdf, 86 kb)
