Installation Support

Because our programs are web-based, most of the installation process will be carried out by us on our servers. However, there are a few programs, such as Adobe® Reader®, Macromedia Flash® and print drivers, which do need to be installed on the PCs which will be running the programs.

If you need help with the installation of these programs, our technicians will be able to help you via our remote installation system.

Should you have technical issues which are not resolvable remotely, an engineer can be sent to resolve these on site.

Any upgrades to the software programs or system capabilities will be carried out by us on our servers, and should not require you to take any action.
